RedLion Mobility is hiring energetic Retail Sales Representatives to serve customers in our in-store environments. You will present telecom products, explain plans, and help customers build solutions that fit their needs.

We offer an hourly base rate of $20 with unlimited commission, plus paid training and ongoing advancement opportunities in a dynamic, fast-growing team. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and commute within a 35-mile radius.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to travel within a 35-mile radius and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Sell mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable plans or packages.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and store performance targets.
• Explain products, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
