You will work approximately 40 hours per week, earn $13 per hour plus monthly commissions, and have the potential for total compensation between $45,000 and $70,000 annually based on performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail or telecom sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present wireless, internet, cable, and TV services.
• Identify needs and upsell relevant product packages.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission goals.
• Explain pricing and promotions clearly to customers.
• Collaborate with team and support nearby stores as needed.
