Job summary

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, seeks a Retail Store Manager in Hawaii to lead a sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences while achieving sales targets. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, manage daily store operations, and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions, ongoing paid training, and growth opportunities within a fast-growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required).
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required).
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required).
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required).
• Bilingual (Preferred but location-dependent).
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred).
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred).
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop your team to achieve location goals and sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, and training.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and secure devices.
• Collaborate with AT&T Signature team to host community events and initiatives.
