Acosta Group is hiring a Sales Lead for Wireless Retail in South Carolina. The role focuses on driving sales performance, coaching associates, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The position offers $18–$22 per hour with unlimited commissions and weekly pay, plus paid training and benefits. You will meet and exceed sales goals, mentor staff, and conduct onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Experience training and mentoring staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible with evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed personal sales goals and KPIs
• Train, coach, and mentor new and existing sales associates
• Deliver onboarding, role-plays, and ongoing on-the-job development
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions
• Resolve escalated customer issues while following carrier and program guidelines
• Independently manage shift responsibilities and make floor-level decisions
• Travel between store locations if required
