Victra is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and drive in-store sales. Join our knowledgeable team, connect guests with tech solutions, and help create the ultimate in-store experience.

You will achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, work with peers, provide product benefits, and participate in NHU training. High school diploma, 1+ year customer service, weekend/evening shifts, and legal work status required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
