Victra is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service in our stores. You will drive sales, explain product benefits, and connect guests with solutions that matter while creating a welcoming in-store experience.

You will participate in NHU training, meet performance goals, and collaborate with store leaders to ensure customer satisfaction. A high school diploma and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities
