Victra in the United States is hiring full-time Retail Sales Consultants who deliver world-class service to Every Guest. You will help guests connect to technology, explain benefits, and drive in-store experiences. You will exceed monthly sales goals, work with peers and store leaders, and provide resolutions.

You will participate in merchandising and operations while enjoying comprehensive benefits. A positive attitude, willingness to work flexible hours, and at least 18 years old are required;

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays and end-of-year peaks.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
