Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to join our retail team. You will drive sales by delivering world-class service, sharing product knowledge, and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Expect to meet monthly targets, work with store leaders, and participate in merchandising and operations. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior customer service or retail experience preferred. Training is provided and bonuses are available.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
