Job summary

Sun Com Mobile in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant (RSC-SCM66) to deliver high-quality sales and exceed benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories following management guidance and company benchmarks.

The role is full-time with a minimum 4 days/30 hours per week, requiring standing for long periods and reliable transportation. Spanish is preferred; prior retail sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
