Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC in Mesa, AZ is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high-quality sales that meet and exceed benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, and serve as a role model for new hires and peers.

Essential requirements include being at least 18 years old, able to work 4 days/30 hours per week, standing for long periods, and having reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and drive sales.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features and accessories, per company guidance and benchmarks set by management.
• Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics, as indicated by management.
• Perform as a role model and offer assistance for all new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants.
• Perform other work-related tasks, as assigned by management.
