RedLion Mobility in Willis, TX is hiring Retail Sales Representatives who are energetic, driven, and eager to succeed. This in-person role suits those with retail or wireless sales experience who thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.

You will help residential customers connect to fiber-powered Internet, mobile, TV, and voice services, earn hourly pay plus monthly commissions, and have opportunities for growth through training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of retail or telecom sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and present telecommunications products and services.

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for Optimum Communications – a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively.
• Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services.
• Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages.
• Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations.
• Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Customer Experience

• Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience.
• Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty.
• Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals.

Team & Organizational Success

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts.
• Must be able to collaborate with team members and contribute to a supportive, performance-driven culture.
• Must be willing to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius when needed and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to work in person at the assigned retail store location.
