Consumer Cellular is seeking Retail Associates to join our in-store team. You will greet guests, build relationships, and guide conversations to help customers choose devices, plans, and services.

The role emphasizes a people-first culture with a store environment that feels like a living room. The position offers a wage of $21.00–$22.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, with a modified full-time schedule of 30–39 hours per week and an average around 35 hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1–2 years retail keyholder experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to move around the store, assist customers and merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Brand Ambassador duties include delivering exceptional customer service and representing a welcoming store environment.
• Relationship Builder: engage guests, listen, and guide conversations toward solutions.
• Product and Services Expert: sell devices, plans, and services, meet performance goals.
