Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking a Retail Associate to join our in-store team. You will greet guests, help them choose devices and plans, and guide conversations toward solutions that meet individual needs while supporting overall store performance.

You’ll build lasting relationships through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and proactive account management, with a schedule that includes evenings and weekends and a base salary with uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• . High school diploma required or equivalent.
• . Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience, wireless sales preferred.
• . Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• . Experience operating a POS system with accuracy.
• . Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• . Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• . Physical ability to perform tasks in-store (bending, lifting, standing).
