Job summary

Consumer Cellular is seeking a Wireless Retail Sales Specialist in Springfield, MO. You will greet guests, build relationships and guide their device and plan choices in a living-room-like retail setting.

The role offers $17.00-$18.00/hour with uncapped commission, a modified full-time schedule (30–39 hours/week, average ~35). Training and growth opportunities are emphasized in a fast-growing national retailer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 6 months of retail customer service experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks in a store environment.
