Arch Telecoms is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team in Butler, NJ. You’ll learn to provide best-in-class customer service, demonstrate the latest devices, and guide customers through their purchases with patience and product knowledge.

In this learning role, you’ll train with peers to build skills for a promotion to Mobile Expert upon completion. We value energy, empathy, and a passion for educating customers about plans, devices, and services.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Willingness to learn and promote carrier plans and devices.

Responsibilities

• Learn and build proficiency in customer service while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Assist customers in-store and online, demonstrating products and services.
• Conduct side-by-side selling to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Guide customers through purchasing with thoughtful questions and answers.
• Use digital tools to support interactions and onboarding.
• Identify and handoff small business leads when appropriate.
• Build strong peer relationships across channels to ensure a seamless experience.
• Support training and development leading toward a promotion to Mobile Expert.
