My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Round Rock, TX to coach a team and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will hire, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, and drive store performance through coaching, community outreach, and compliant operations.

The role offers strong base pay with commissions and bonuses, ongoing training, and clear career progression in a fast-growing retailer of AT&T services.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field is required.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards is required.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Bilingual is preferred but may not be required depending on location.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls is preferred.
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team to meet location KPIs.
• Hire, schedule, and coach staff for consistent customer experience and sales results.
• Build a steady client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Partner with AT&T Signature team to hold community events.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and merchandising per policies.
• Uphold store compliance with legal requirements and safety standards.
