Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience in a target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confidence discussing products and solutions without high-pressure tactics.
• Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work weekends and during peak retail periods.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Greet customers and start friendly conversations about mobile needs.
• Demonstrate smartphones, devices, accessories and services with confidence.
• Explain plans, promotions, trade-ins, and product features clearly.
• Process activations, upgrades and purchases using tablet-based systems.
• Recommend accessories, protection plans, and bundled services where appropriate.
• Maintain an organised, visually appealing retail display reflecting brand standards.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Participate in product training, coaching sessions and team meetings.
