Nomad in Louisville is seeking ambitious individuals to join our Sales Trainee program. You will receive hands-on coaching, learn wireless products, and develop customer service skills as you progress toward a full Sales Associate role.

From day one, you shadow experienced team members in busy retail locations and pop-ups, focusing on genuine conversations, needs-based recommendations, and a path to leadership. No prior experience required—training is provided.

Qualifications

• No previous sales or retail experience required; full training provided.
• Weekend and peak retail period availability.
• Structured training with mentorship from experienced Sales Associates.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced Sales Associates during live customer interactions.
• Learn to approach customers confidently and create positive first impressions.
• Build knowledge of wireless devices, plans, and promotions.
• Assist with product demos and answer basic questions.
• Learn to recommend products based on individual needs.
• Process transactions and activations using tablet-based systems under supervision.
• Develop objection-handling and customer communication techniques through coaching.
• Participate in product knowledge sessions, workshops, and mentoring.
• Receive structured progress reviews with development goals.
