We're currently looking for a Retail Associate to represent one of America's leading wireless providers at branded retail locations throughout Louisville. You'll become the face of the brand, helping customers discover the latest devices, plans, and technology while delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Every day you'll be engaging with customers in busy retail environments, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping shoppers find the products and services that best suit their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Representing one of the nation's leading wireless brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Greeting customers and initiating friendly, natural conversations about their mobile needs.
• Demonstrating smartphones, devices, accessories, and wireless services with confidence.
• Explaining plans, promotions, trade-in offers, and product features in clear, easy-to-understand language.
• Processing new activations, upgrades, account changes, and purchases using tablet-based sales systems.
• Recommending accessories, protection plans, and bundled services where they genuinely add value.
• Maintaining an organised, visually appealing retail display that reflects the brand's high standards.
• Working towards individual and team sales targets while always delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Participating in ongoing product training, coaching sessions, and team meetings to stay up to date with the latest products and promotions.

Compensation

Annual Earnings: $43,200–$50,700. Equivalent to approximately $3,600–$4,225 per month, paid weekly, including uncapped performance incentives. Incentive earnings vary based on individual performance.
