My Wireless is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Florida to support the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team, delivering exceptional customer experiences with AT&T products and services. The role offers a strong base pay plus commission/bonus, ongoing paid training, and clear paths to store leadership.

As a key member of a fast-paced retail environment, you will help manage operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a similar field is required.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environments is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
