Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operations standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus depending on location.
• Retail or telecoms experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ with high school diploma or equivalent.
