Fonepage Communications, an AT&T Authorized Retailer, is seeking a dynamic Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager in Michigan to support the Store Manager, mentor a team of wireless sales consultants, and drive outstanding store results.

This role focuses on training, coaching, and delivering exceptional customer experiences to build local loyalty, while meeting or exceeding sales goals and maintaining store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail wireless sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of smartphones, wearables, and internet solutions.
• Strong communication and revenue-generating abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the store manager to train, mentor, and motivate a team of wireless sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals
• Assist in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory control, merchandising, cash handling, and compliance.
• Maintain a welcoming environment and ensure the team delivers outstanding customer service to build local loyalty.
