Job summary

Cellular World, a leading AT&T authorized retailer, seeks a Wireless Retail Sales Manager in Easley, SC. The role focuses on delivering an excellent customer experience, driving sales, protecting assets, and developing a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment.

The Manager will oversee daily operations, train staff, manage inventory, and ensure brand compliance while achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Previous retail or customer service management required.
• Proven leadership and employee management skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work full-time, weekends, and during peak retail selling periods.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with the consumer.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer satisfaction using AT&T Experience Standards.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and assist employees with closing sales.
• Oversee store opening/closing procedures and training completion.
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, discrepancies and counts.
• Provide resolution to customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with staff and customers.
• Provide coaching to sales associates and promote learning/growth.
• Review resumes and conduct initial interviews for new hires.
• Hold regular staff meetings to communicate promotions and trends.
• Ensure proper merchandising and brand compliance per AT&T requirements.
