Consumer Cellular is seeking a Retail Associate in Springfield, MO. You will welcome guests, guide them through device and plan choices, and build relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal customers. The role emphasizes friendly, human service and a team-focused store environment.

Primary location is United States-Missouri-Springfield with a full-time schedule. Minimum 6 months of retail customer service is preferred, with strong sales goal achievement and POS proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail customer service experience preferred (Wireless sales a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with accurate transactions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to handle store tasks and move merchandise.

Responsibilities
