Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Sturgis, MI, seeking a full-time Retail Sales Representative. You will be the connection between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering friendly service and expert product knowledge in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving revenue through new and existing accounts, handling activations and upgrades, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months retail or sales experience with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in-store and assess needs.
• Drive monthly revenue through new and existing accounts.
• Build relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Assist in opening/closing and operating the store, including cash handling and deposits as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards.
• Maintain store appearance and back room organization.
• Assist with activations, bill payments, upgrades and accessory sales.
