TCC Wireless, LLC in Coldwater, MI is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to connect customers with T-Mobile products and plans. You will greet shoppers, learn customer needs, and drive revenue by acquiring new accounts and maximizing existing ones, while maintaining store standards and delivering world-class service.

This position is full-time in a fast-paced environment requiring dependability, communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provides world-class customer service including greeting customers in the stores, answering phones and assessing their needs.
• Drives monthly revenue goals through acquiring new customer accounts, maximizing existing customers’ accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, and excelling in quality metrics.
• Builds relationships with customers and colleagues across channels of the business.
• Works with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits.
• Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Maintains store appearance, back room, restrooms and work area according to store standards.
• Assists customers with activations, changes, bill payments, upgrades and accessory sales.
• Aims to achieve assigned performance metrics.
