Job summary

TCC Wireless, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative at the MI Coldwater location. You will be the link between customers and the T-Mobile brand, delivering energetic service and guiding them through devices and plans.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, driving revenue, maintaining store standards, and handling activations and bill payments. This role emphasizes relationship-building and meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months experience in retail and/or sales with a strong customer focus.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a retail environment.
• Professional, energetic, honest, patient and empathetic.
• Ability to problem solve, analyze results, plan for the future, and make good decisions.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time on the sales floor.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service, greet customers, answer phones, and assess needs.
• Drive monthly revenue goals by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Build relationships with customers and coworkers across channels.
• Assist store management with opening, closing and operating the store.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain store appearance.
• Ask thoughtful questions and assist with activations, changes, and bill payments.
• Achieve assigned performance metrics.
