Qualifications

• Registered to practice before the USPTO or actively pursuing registration.
• Approximately 2–5 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Experience with wireless/cellular technologies and standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft and prosecute U.S. patent applications involving wireless tech and networking.
• Coordinate foreign patent prosecution with international counsel.
• Prepare responses to Office Actions and manage deadlines.
• Collaborate with inventors to understand new technologies for protection.
• Work with partners on patent strategy and portfolio development.
• Conduct prior art searches and analyze disclosures for prosecution.
• Translate technical disclosures into effective patent strategies.
• Manage matters independently with high standards.
