• Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders to improve procedures.
• Maintain relationships with pole owners and carriers for compliance.
• Coordinate field audits to verify construction progress and safety compliance.
• Forecast resources and schedule field audits to meet deadlines.
• Notify grantees and drive remediation of deficiencies.
