Job summary

Fullerton US is seeking a Field Technician to support wireless cell site construction, following plans, MOPs and BOMs provided. You will operate hand and power tools daily in outdoor conditions, while upholding OSHA safety standards and project timelines.

Position involves frequent travel, lifting up to 50 pounds, and collaboration with the Construction Manager to ensure quality and on-time completion. A high school diploma is required along with basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of cell site construction experience in telecommunications.
• Knowledge and safety around electrical components.
• Anritsu training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew during wireless cell site construction.
• Install conduits, vaults, racks, connectors, pull strings per site plans.
• Safely operate machinery such as forklift, skid steer, bucket truck as directed.
• Send daily progress reports to the construction manager.
• Prepare materials and gear for scheduled builds.
• Ensure work sites are clean and meet customer specifications.
