Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest technology while delivering exceptional service and building trust. You’ll greet customers, identify needs, and recommend devices and plans that fit their lifestyle, while handling sales and activations efficiently.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping customers, has knowledge of current wireless products and plans, and is comfortable working varying shifts to meet customer demand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
