Wireless Zone is seeking a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest technology while delivering exceptional service and building trust in-store. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about helping customers and understanding current products and plans.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, identifying needs, recommending products and plans, processing transactions, maintaining displays, and staying current on devices and promotions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
