Job summary

Wireless Zone LLC is hiring a Wireless Expert to help customers stay connected with the latest devices and plans. You’ll deliver excellent service, build trust, and demonstrate products while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends. Training and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories, and plans that best fit their lifestyle.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations.
