Wireless Zone LLC is seeking a Wireless Expert in a full-time role in Ozark, AR. You will help customers stay connected with the latest wireless technology, delivering exceptional service and building trust with shoppers.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing sales, strong communication skills and a passion for technology. You’ll engage customers with product demonstrations and stay current on devices, plans and Verizon services.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail/customer-facing/sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, confident and motivated to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism and product knowledge.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless products, accessories and plans.
• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions and Verizon services.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations.
