The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail or customer-facing roles, excellent communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. A supportive team environment and employee discounts are offered.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred (wireless or tech experience a plus)
• Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve results

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, professionalism, and product knowledge

• Process sales transactions and activations accurately and efficiently
• Maintain in-store visual standards and product displays
• Stay up-to-date on the latest devices, promotions, and Verizon services
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
• Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
