Mobile Management, Inc. is seeking an Enrollment Specialist (Outside) to engage customers, enroll eligible individuals in Lifeline programs, and act as the face of Easy Wireless at events. The role offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and paid training while contributing to community access to mobile and internet services.

The position emphasizes in-person customer interaction, event setup, and adherence to program guidelines, with opportunities for advancement within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer and mobile device skills (email, internet navigation).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enroll qualified customers in Lifeline and government-subsidized programs.
• Act as a brand ambassador in-store and at community events.
• Explain services, answer questions, and provide tech support.
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal guidelines.
• Operate mobile tents and booths—set up, tear down, and inventory management.
• Meet or exceed sales goals through customer engagement and product promotion.
