Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Wireless and Edge Infrastructure Cybersecurity Engineer to own security end-to-end for a lab-built platform used across government sites. You will harden, assess, and defend the system from BIOS through radio, including Kubernetes and virtualization layers.

You will implement network segmentation, manage vulnerability processes with Nessus/ACAS, and prepare RMF artifacts to support an Authority to Operate (ATO). A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Experience hardening Linux systems to STIG or CIS benchmarks and collecting evidence.
• Experience securing virtualized and containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker, hypervisors).
• Experience with DoD RMF, NIST 800-53 controls, and ATO artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own security hardening of lab platform end-to-end including GPUs, switches, radios, and Kubernetes/virtualization layers.
• Apply and verify STIGs/CIS benchmarks on hosts, clusters, and network devices.
• Build network segmentation, ACLs, TLS, and secure management plane access.
