Job summary

Eagle Wireless in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Certification Specialist to drive carrier and regulatory approvals for our wireless modules. You will coordinate test programs, manage lab and portal workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure certifications are completed on schedule.

This hands-on role requires working closely with engineering, carrier partners, and 3rd-party labs, with on-site presence and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in wireless device testing or certification support.
• Direct experience supporting carrier test programs.
• Experience analyzing LTE, 5G NR, IMS logs to identify failures.
• Willing to work on-site at labs, with travel.
• Experience reading 3rd-party lab reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate carrier certification test schedules and documentation.
• Manage carrier portal access and report uploads for major carriers.
• Be on-site at carrier and 3rd-party labs during test campaigns.
• Debug at lab bench; swap firmware and isolate root causes.
• Triage field test failures and drive to resolution with R&D.
• Analyze logs across 5G NR, LTE, IMS, VoLTE, VoNR.
• Review 3rd-party lab reports for gaps and request reruns.
• Log defects in Jira and track fixes through validation.
• Coordinate with 3rd-party labs on test quotations and samples.
• Support full carrier certification lifecycle from pre-cert to submission.
