Attain Sports is seeking a Seasonal Gameday Production team member to support in-stadium video production. The role involves setting up and maintaining camera operations during games, managing sponsorship obligations, and working weekends for multiple IronBirds home games.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of live production experience and a confident on-mic personality. A strong understanding of baseball and game rules is necessary. The hourly rate is $15 USD.

Position Type: Seasonal

This gameday position supports in-stadium video production under the direction of the Technical Director and Director of Creative Services.

Job Responsibilities

• Setup and maintain operating use of multiple camera during games / events
• Complete any sponsorship needs / obligations during pre-game, in-game and post-game, as needed
• Ability to keep pace in an active and energetic live production environment

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of live production experience preferred
• Confident, outgoing on-mic personality

Special Requirements

• Competency of baseball and game rules a must
• Availability for up to work long hours and weekends for at least 20 IronBirds home games and various non-game day events
