A community-focused sports organization in Maryland is seeking a Seasonal Operator to handle Daktronics equipment for various events, including at least 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 season. The ideal candidate should have experience with Daktronics DakStats software and knowledge of baseball rules. An hourly rate of $15 will be provided, commensurate with skills and experience. The position requires maintaining a positive workflow in a high-energy environment.

• Candidate would be responsible for operating various Daktronics equipment and software, may include but not limited to:
• Minimum 1-2 years experience using Daktronics DakStats software
• Pitch Clock
• Scoreboard
• Candidate’s availability would encompass but not limited to:
• Minimum 25 games of the IronBirds' 2026 season
• Candidate is able to maintain a positive, focused workflow in a high-pace, energetic environment. Knowledge of baseball rules is a must.
