Position Type: Seasonal

This position manages or performs all of the duties required of On Field MC, coordinates with the public address announcer and on‑field promotions team “Flight Crew” ensuring all elements of the game’s entertainment are fulfilled and meeting community and partner requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with pre‑game player, mascot interactions and fan experiences on‑field as needed

Working Conditions / Special Physical Requirements

• Physical ability to work long hours and weekends for a minimum of 20 IronBirds home games
• Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions

Hourly Rate

$15 – $15 USD
