My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to join its retail team in Beaverton, Oregon. You will assist and support the Retail Store Manager in coaching your team to provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from AT&T products and services.

The role offers strong base pay plus commissions and bonuses, ongoing paid training, and growth opportunities to manage your own location.

Qualifications

• Management experience in retail or similar field.
• Experience in customer-facing sales environment.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual abilities preferred depending on location.
• Retail or telecom experience encouraged.
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Retail Store Manager in coaching and leading the team to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Support store operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance.
