You will work under senior guidance to improve network performance, reliability, and security while developing expertise in wireless networking and AI‑assisted

Qualifications

• Associate degree or up to 3 years of college/technical school required.
• 1 to up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with Cisco Meraki cloud‑managed networks.
• Foundational knowledge of automation technologies and AI‑assisted operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with deployment, configuration, and monitoring of Cisco Meraki wireless networks under guidance.
• Support wireless performance monitoring and AI/ML driven network analytics.
• Assist with data preparation, feature work, and model integration tasks.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and validation of AI/ML services under guidance.
• Maintain documentation, datasets, and operational records.
• Escalate issues that exceed defined scope.
• Participate in learning and post‑incident activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
