Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse associates, supervise wire picking and cutting, and ensure product handling meets SOPs and OSHA standards. You will stage and unload materials, maintain quality control, and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers opportunities for growth within the Sonepar group, with a focus on safety, accuracy and efficiency across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• PIT certification or current certification a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse associates.
• Supervise wire picking and wire cutting.
• Ensure Wire product is handled appropriately so that it's not damaged during cutting, storage or shipment.
• Operate within SOPs and OSHA safety standards.
• Stage product for loading.
• Unload materials from truck.
• Move materials to warehouse for storage.
• Quality control: no damaged product or material.
• Operate PIT equipment (stand up, reach truck, order picker, sit down forklift).
• Complete daily and weekly logs for PIT and quality processes.
• Clean and maintain work areas.
• Develop and lead team of warehouse associates.
• Other duties as assigned.
