Job summary

Crawford Electric Supply in Katy, TX is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the Katy Distribution Center, 12pm-9pm, Monday to Friday. Join a team within the Sonepar group that values growth, safety, and a strong customer focus.

You will receive, verify, and package products, operate PIT equipment (reach truck, order picker, sit-down forklift), and maintain accurate logs while upholding SOPs and OSHA standards. High school diploma and PIT certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
• Punctuality and excellent attendance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PIT proficiency and current certification a plus.
• Manual dexterity for operating machinery and handling small parts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and package product for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling).
• Stage product for loading.
• Load product onto truck.
• Unload materials from truck.
• Move materials to warehouse for storage.
• Move waste to dumpsters.
• Maintain quality control and ensure no damaged product/material is sent.
• Operate SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Operate PIT equipment (stand up, reach truck, order picker, sit-down forklift).
• Complete daily PIT logs.
• Adhere to all processes and maintain clean work areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
