Job summary

Werner-Electric-Supply-Co in Mount Pleasant, WI, is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - Wire to guide the wire team through receiving, put away, picking, replenishment, and shipping activities. You will drive accuracy and timely movement of products within our Distribution Center.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Warehouse Teammates.
• Delegate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to meet KPI’s.
• Provide training and guidance to team members to enhance skills.
• Oversee receiving, verification, inspection, and documentation of shipments.
• Manage organized storage and accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate order picking and ensure on-time, accurate shipping.
• Plan replenishment and monitor stock levels; address discrepancies.
