Job summary

Werner Electric Supply Company in Mount Pleasant, WI is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead for the Wire Team. You will guide Warehouse Teammates in receiving, put-away, picking, replenishments, and shipping to ensure accurate, efficient movement of products.

Lead, train, and mentor your team, monitor KPI progress, and ensure safety and inventory accuracy. The role follows a Monday–Friday 12:30 PM–9:00 PM schedule with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Warehouse Teammates.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, replenishments and shipping.
• Ensure accurate verification, inspection and documentation of shipments.
• Coordinate order picking and replenishment to meet customer needs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and safety compliance.
