Job description

Lead a diverse team of specialists for wire processing to Federal Reserve Bank.
Manage daily workflow to meet departmental goals and timelines.
Create a camaraderie and teamwork environment.
Perform annual review with employees for talent management.
Ensure training is provided and maintain good working relationships.
Create and maintain departmental procedures for wire transfers.
Monitor wire accounts for outages and discrepancies.
Serve as a backup to all staff in the Wire Transfer Department.
Assist with merger and acquisition processes as it relates to Wire Transfers.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-6 years' work experience in wire transfers or bank operations preferred
• Excellent understanding of Federal and State banking regulations, and UCB's Wire Transfer Policy & Procedures
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to work in a time sensitive environment, high monetary risk operations environment governed by established deadlines and regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical and data-gathering skills with excellent attention to detail required.
