Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in wire operations.
• Minimum of one year of work experience identifying and mitigating fraud risk in financial transactions.
• Experience using banking systems, payment platforms, or similar financial software is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Authenticate and collect information for outgoing domestic and international wire transfers.
• Process and verify entries to ensure proper allocation within banking relationships.
• Accept and process wire instructions while following security procedures and disclosure requirements.
• Coordinate with the Wire Department to keep processing authorizations updated and resolve delays.
• Handle high volumes of inbound/outbound calls and follow scripts for topics.
