Bridgeways is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee the Wire Shop floor, driving safety, quality, delivery, and productivity while guiding Manufacturing Leads and Technicians. You will support development, audits, and continuous improvement efforts to meet customer requirements and production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Wire Shop operations and lead Manufacturing Leads and Technicians.
• Provide direction, coaching and issue prioritization to meet production schedules.
• Monitor labor utilization, throughput and department performance.
• Ensure compliance with IPC, AS9100 and ISO 9001 quality systems.
